Rental Process

How do I book a vehicle?
Visit our website, select your dates and preferred vehicle category, and complete the booking form. We'll confirm your reservation within hours and provide all the details you need.
What documents do I need?
A valid driving licence, national ID or passport, and proof of address. For first-time renters, we may request additional verification.
What's included in the rental?
All rentals include comprehensive insurance, unlimited mileage on most vehicles, and 24/7 roadside support. Some packages include GPS and child seats at an additional cost.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes. Modifications are free up to 48 hours before your rental. Cancellations made 7+ days in advance receive a full refund. Shorter notice cancellations may incur a fee.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is held on your card during the rental. This is released once you return the vehicle in good condition.
What if I need an extension?
Contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to extend your rental at the same daily rate, subject to availability.
